MRS. NADINE RICHARDSON
Mrs. Nadine Pate Richardson, 66, of Gay, died Wednesday, July 7, 2010, at her home.
The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, July 10, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Wayne Settle and the Reverend Robert McCurry will officiate and interment will be in Lisbon Baptist Church Cemetery at Fayetteville.
Mrs. Richardson was born, July 4, 1944, in Huntsville, Alabama and had lived in Meriwether County since 1971. She had served as a teaching assistant for the Meriwether County School System and had also served as a secretary for WCOH Radio in Newnan. She was a member of Rocky Mount Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Glenn Richardson of Gay; daughters and sons in-law, Jerri and Sam Penson of Sharpsburg and Kimberly and Ricky Phillips of Gay; son and daughter in-law, Wayne and Kim Parris of Senoia; her mother, Estelle K. Pate of Gay; brother, William D. (Bill) Pate of Detroit, MI; and grandchildren, Blair Parris, Ally Penson, and Samantha Penson. She was preceded in death by her father, Norman K. Pate.
Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
