Muriel Owens Earl

Mrs. Muriel Owens Earl, 71, of Luthersville, passed away Friday, November 19, 2021, at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta. Mrs. Earl was born November 15, 1950, in Washington, DC, daughter of the late Charlie Henry Owens and Mildred Manley Owens. She was employed as a front-end manager for Big Star and retired as a front-end manager for Publix. A resident of Luthersville for the past fourteen years, she was a member of Luthersville United Methodist Church. Survivors include her husband, Joseph H. Earl of Luthtersville; step-children and their spouses, Rodney and Danyel Earl of Alexander City, AL, Johnny and Shenae Earl of Carrollton, Michelle Earl and Timmy Earl, both of Indianapolis, IN; a brother, Tommy Owens of Oklahoma City, OK; and five step-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Susie Owens and Cookie Owens; and her brother, Charlie Owens. The family will plan a family memorial service at a later time. Claude A.
