Mildred N. Hurst

Mrs. Mildred N. Hurst, 86, of Hogansville, passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at the home of her daughter in Greenville.

Mrs. Hurst was born July 21, 1938, in Gwinnett County, daughter of the late Andrew Adam Noblett and Effie Mae Stewart Noblett. A resident of Hogansville since 2010, she was a homemaker and enjoyed quilting and embroidering.

Preceded in death by her husband, S. L. Hurst, she is survived by her daughter and son in-law, Marie and Jim Call of Greenville; sons and daughters in-law, Raymond and Cathy Hurst of Hogansville, Edward and Dawn Hurst of Texas; brother, James Noblett of Newnan; seven grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 14, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. Pastor Greg Morris will officiate and interment will be in Westview Cemetery in Atlanta at 1:30 p.m.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, prior to the service.
