MRS. MILDRED FAULKNER Mrs. Mildred Blanks Faulkner, 75, of Hogansville, died Wednesday, February 27, 2013, at Roosevelt Warm Springs Institute. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Friday, March 1, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Richard Pursley and the Reverend Ray Tarwater will officiate and interment will be in Hillview East Cemetery in LaGrange. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 until 9 Thursday night. Mrs. Faulkner was born February 4, 1938, in LaGrange, daughter of the late H. B. and Maggie Velma Robinson Blanks. Before making her home at Hogansville, she lived in LaGrange most of her life, was Baptist by faith and was the wife of the late Clifford Faulkner, Jr. Survivors include her daughter, Sharon and Bobby Allen; grandchildren, Christy Lashley, Eric Allen, Justin Allen; great-grandchildren, Misty and Pancho Corella, Charity Lashley and Issac Sanchez, Ashley Lashley; great-great-grandchildren, Emma Corella, Marcos Lashley, Cheslea Sanchez; sister, Agnes Henson; several nieces and nephews, including a special niece, Kathy and Wayne Arrington and a beloved great-nephew, Nathan Arrington. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements. Visitation: from 5 until 9 Thursday night, February 28th, at Claude A.
