Michael Henry Stephens

Mr. Michael Henry Stephens, 61, of Forest Park, passed away Friday, November 18, 2022, at Southern Regional Medical Center in Riverdale.

Mr. Stephens was born August 31, 1961, in Rocky Mount, North Carolina, son of the late Doris Stanford Stephens and Carmel T. Stephens. He was raised in Stockbridge, attended Stockbridge High School, and was employed for many years as a cabinet maker and woodworker. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and bowling and loved watching NASCAR and wrestling.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy Stephens of Forest Park; aunt, Joyce Stephens; a number of cousins, nieces, nephews, and in-laws; and several very special friends.

The funeral service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, November 20, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. Dr. Michael Reeves will officiate and interment will be in Meadoway Gardens Cemetery in LaGrange.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:30 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. Sunday.
