Michael Ray Bunn

Mr. Michael Ray Bunn, 65, of LaGrange, passed away Saturday, August 22, 2020, at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center. Mr. Bunn was born January 7, 1955, in LaGrange and lived in Troup County most of his life. He was a former member of Roper Heights Baptist Church in West Point and was a retired machinist. Survivors include his mother, Inez Bunn of Hogansville; sons, Michael Ray Bunn, Jr. of Lanett, AL, Mark Cavender and his wife, Nita of LaGrange; grandchildren, Maddie Cavender, Drew Cavender, Trey Cosper, and Michael Ray Bunn III. He was preceded in death by his wife, Frankie Blair Bunn; father, Jimmy Ray Bunn; and sisters, Paula Bunn Thrower, Alice Bunn Turner, and Susan Bunn Kelley. The family will plan a memorial service later. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
