Melody Annette Morris

Miss Melody Annette Morris, 69, of Hogansville, passed away, Friday, September 5, 2025, at Pruitt Healthcare of Franklin.

Melody was born January 31, 1956, in Fulton County, daughter of the late Howard Blake Morris and Naoma Pratt Morris. A  resident of the Lone Oak Community and Hogansville area since 1973, she was a member of Faith Baptist Church in the Primrose Community of Meriwether County for many years.

Survivors include her brother, Michael A. Morris of Milner; and a number of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Deloriouse Wade, Ruthie Patton, and Linda Hewatt; and her brothers, David Morris and Rickie Morris.

The family will receive friends for viewing and visitation from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., Sunday, September 7.
