Mary Gaddy Turner

Mrs. Mary Gaddy Turner, 64, of Newnan, passed away Thursday, November 16, 2023, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital.

Mrs. Turner was born April 15, 1959, in Newnan, daughter of the late William Edgar Gaddy and Dorothy Winkles Gaddy. A lifelong resident of Coweta County, she was Pentecostal by faith.

Survivors include her children, Daniel Wayne Turner of Bowdon, Christipher Mark Turner and James Matthew Turner, both of Newnan; sister, Ann Gaddy of Newnan; brother, Donald Gaddy of Villa Rica; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a sister, Wanda Faye Crider.

The funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 21, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend James Calhoun will officiate and interment will be in Myrtle Hill Cemetery in Hogansville.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, prior to the service.
