MRS. MARY LOUISE MARCHMAN Mrs. Mary Louise Marchman, 78, of Grantville, died Tuesday, July 15, 2008, at her home. The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Friday, July 18, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Brian Scoggin will officiate and interment will be in Crestlawn Memorial Park in Atlanta at 1:30 p.m. Mrs. Marchman was born August 17, 1929, in Fulton county, daughter of the late Vass and Mattie Head Riddle. She lived in Stone Mountain before making her home in Grantville 25 years ago and was the wife of the late Robert H. Marchman. Affectionately known as MawMaw, she is remembered as a loving mother and grandmother, and was an avid bingo player Survivors include daughters and sons in-law, Delores and Danny Harrison of Senoia and Barbara and Hayward Smith of Grantville; sons and daughters in-law, Robert and Cathy Marchman of East Point and Larry and Bev Marchman of McDonough; brother, James Riddle of Redding, CA; 16 grandchildren; and 25 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Donna Shaw. The Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
