MRS. MARY E. HOGAN
Mrs. Mary Emory Hogan, 69, of Franklin, died Thursday, May 27, 2010, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital.
The funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, May 29, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Ray Breed and the Reverend Mark Cooper will officiate and interment will be in the Grantville Cemetery.
Mrs. Hogan was born March 16, 1941, in Coweta County, daughter of the late Quillian Emory and the late Maude Arrington Emory Colley. A lifelong resident of the area, she was Baptist by faith, loved her family, and enjoyed fishing.
Survivors include her husband, Marvin Hogan of Franklin; daughter and son in-law, Betty and Donald Hammett of Hogansville; son, Chris Wilson, also of Hogansville; sisters and brothers in-law, Flo and Joe Lane and Ethel and Luby Johnson, all of Hogansville; four grandchildren, Melissa Breed, Donna Baker, Dana Windsor, and Michael Wilson; and seven great-grandchildren.
Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
