Mary Massey Berry

Mrs. Mary Massey Berry, 91, of Newnan, passed away, Thursday, May 12, 2016, at her home, surrounded by her family. Mrs. Berry was born May 9, 1925, in Experiment, daughter of the late Clifford and Ruby Massey. She lived in Melbourne Beach, FL fir 38 years before making her home in Newnan in 2005, and was a member of Corinth United Methodist Church. Survivors include her daughters and son in-law, Nancy and Bob Edmondson of Newnan and Barbara Schriefer of Grantville; son, Russ Berry of Newnan; eight grandchildren; and her great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lt. Col. George R. Berry; and her daughter Sally Berry Huffman. A private family interment will be held at the Corinth Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Corinth Cemetery Fund or to Corinth United Methodist Church. Claude A.
