Mary Anne Andersen

Mrs. Mary Anne Andersen, 79, passed away Monday, February 20, 2017 at Ogeechee Area Hospice in Statesboro. The Newnan, Georgia native was a member of Springfield United Methodist Church. She was a singer, water skier, traveler, and garage sale deal maker aficionado. She is survived by her children, Jeff Smith (Carol), Jan Davis (Joey), Gail Stark (Ron), Chris Andersen (Beth), Robin Andersen-Davis (Bobby), Joan Dillon (Rick), Janet Adame (Javier), and Craig Andersen (Shere); fifteen grandchildren; and twelve great-grandchildren. The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Friday, February, 24, at Springfield United Methodist Church. The family will receive friends at Thomas C. Strickland & Sons Funeral Home in Springfield from 6 until 8 Thursday night. The graveside service will be 12:00 p.m., Saturday, February 25, at Oak Hill Cemetery in Newnan.
