MR. MARSHALL L. WHITE Mr. Marshall L. White, 63, of Newnan, passed away Thursday, December 25, 2014, at the VA Medical Center in Decatur. Mr. White was born January 18, 1951, in Atlanta and was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. A resident of Coweta County for a number of years, he was a small machine mechanic and was a member of Sunnyside Baptist Church in Newnan. He enjoyed singing and shared his talent at a number of churches and at fund-raisers for those in need. Survivors include his wife, Gale Bowden White of Newnan; daughter, Marsha White Cleland and her husband, Robert of Cheboygan, MI; sons and daughters in-law, Todd and Marie White of Oceanside, CA, Jeremy and Tiffany White of Newnan; his mother, Polly Warren of Newnan; brothers, Richard White and his wife, Joyce of Newnan, Larry Whitmore of Decatur; and grandchildren, A.J. Cleland, Jim Meck, Andy Cleland, Carrie-Ann Meck, J.D. Meck, Katie Michael, Emily White, Sean White. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 27, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend F. D. McWhorter will officiate and interment will be in Myrtle Hill Cemetery in Hogansville. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 8 Friday night. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Visitation: from 6 until 8 Friday night, December 26th, at Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home Services: 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 27th, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home Interment: Myrtle Hill Cemetery
