MRS. MARGIE HAYES Mrs. Margie Couch Hayes, 90, of Newnan, died Friday, March 11, 2011, at Newnan Nursing and Rehabilitation. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, March 13, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend David Arrington will officiate and interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 8 Saturday night. Mrs. Hayes was born December 8, 1920, in Newnan, daughter of the late Wilbur and Willie Todd Couch. She was a member of Oak Lawn Baptist Church, was a lifelong resident of Coweta County, and was preceded in death by her husband, Leon Walter Hayes. Survivors include her son and daughter in-law, Bobby and Jean Hayes of Newnan; grandson, Allan and Renee Hayes of Sharpsburg; great-grandchildren, Todd Hayes, Tyler Hayes, and Laura Holcombe; great-great-grandchildren, Kyliee Hayes, Mason Holcombe, and Madilyn Holcombe; and sisters, Madge Couch Arnold and Gladys C. Merritt of Newnan. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Visitation: from 6 until 8 Saturday night, March 12th, at Claude A.
