Margie Stitcher Etheridge

MRS. MARGIE S. ETHERIDGE Mrs. Margie Stitcher Etheridge, 86, of Greenville, passed away, Saturday, January 10, 2015, at Pruitt Healthcare of Greenville. Mrs. Stitcher was born May 12, 1928, in Newnan, the daughter of the late W. B. and Verra Teel Stitcher. She was a longtime resident of Greenville, was a member of Greenville Baptist Church, and retired from Goody's in Manchester. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Preston Etheridge and is survived by her brothers, Larry Stitcher and Charles Stitcher, both of LaGrange. A memorial service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 14, at the graveside in the Greenville Cemetery, with the Reverend Jonathan Porter officiating.
