Mrs. Lynn Hay Pike, 67, of Hogansville, passed away Saturday, June 3, 2023, at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center.
Mrs. Pike was born July 13, 1955, in Newnan, daughter of the late Inez and Frank Hay. A lifelong resident of Hogansville, she was a member of Welcome All Baptist Church and served many years as office manager for the Milliken and Company Guest House in LaGrange. She was an avid shopper and loved adding to her wardrobe, and she found great satisfaction sitting on her back porch admiring her yard and flowers. Lynn was always willing to assist her friends and members of the community when there was a need.
Survivors include her husband, Larry Pike; daughter, Dee Dee Pike; son and daughter in-law, Jamie and Shelly Pike, all of Hogansville; grandchildren, Luke Burruss, Ryan Hall (Melissa), Whitney Barber, Katie Pike; great-granddaughter, Kori Hall; and her sister, Margaret Bullock of Hogansville. She was preceded in death by her sister, Janice Woodley, and brother, Harry Hay.
The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, June 7, at Welcome All Baptist Church in Hogansville. Dr. Tommy McLeroy and the Reverend Barney Howard will officiate and interment will be in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Tuesday.
