Lynn Lankford Campbell

Mrs. Lynn Lankford Campbell, age 76, of Hogansville, passed away Monday, June 29, 2026, at Hospice LaGrange.

Mrs. Campbell was born January 26 1950, in LaGrange, daughter of the late Ray and Dorothy Ashley Lankford. A lifelong resident of Troup County, she lived in Hogansville more than 50 years and retired from State of Georgia District 4 Health Services. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Hogansville for more than 50 years where she served as church secretary, music director, organist and pianist. She enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren, loved being with her many close friends, and enjoyed traveling with her cousins.

Survivors include her son, Chris Campbell (Chasity) of LaGrange; grandchildren, Drew Campbell (Destiny) of LaGrange, Jacob Campbell (Ellie) of Hogansville, Tyson Campbell of LaGrange, Caydence Barnes of LaGrange; and great-grandchildren, Colton Campbell, Weston Campbell, and Asa Campbell. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jim Campbell.

The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, July 2, at First Baptist Church of Hogansville. Pastor Greg Morris will officiate and interment will be in Restlawn Memory Gardens in LaGrange.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 1.
