Lucille Warren Cruse

MRS. LUCILLE W. CRUSE Mrs. Lucille Warren Cruse, 90, wife of the late Martin Wesley Cruse, passed away Saturday, January 10, 2015 at Hosanna Health and Rehab in Piedmont, SC. Born October 18, 1924 in Madras, Mrs. Cruse was the daughter of the late James Filmore Warren, Sr. and the late Elizabeth Cox Warren. She was a homemaker and a member of Slabtown Baptist Church. Surviving are a son, James W. Cruse, Sr. of Easley; a daughter, Carrie Lou Oglesby of Canton; twelve grandchildren, eighteen great-grandchildren, and nine great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, Mrs. Cruse was predeceased by a son, William F. Cruse; six brothers and three sisters. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. Graveside services will be 12:30 p.m., Tuesday, January 13, at Myrtle Hill Cemetery in Hogansville. Memorials may be made to Trinity Point Church, P.O. Box 2108, Easley, SC 29641.
