MRS. LOIS P. KNIGHT Mrs. Lois Pressley Knight, 75, of LaGrange, died Tuesday, April 20, 2010, at Hospice LaGrange. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 23, at Friendship Baptist Church in LaGrange. The Reverend James Moon and the Reverend Kenneth Addis will officiate and interment will be in Myrtle Hill Cemetery in Hogansville. Mrs. Knight was born May 10, 1934, in LaGrange, daughter of the late Sammy and Maybell Blankenship Pressley. She was a lifelong resident of LaGrange, was retired from LaGrange Molding, and was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. Survivors include, sister, Peggy Hale and her husband, Alears; brothers, Billy Pressley and his wife, Margaret, and Riley Pressley and his wife, Susan, all of LaGrange; grandchildren, Robbie Knight of Valley, AL and Kayla Knight of LaGrange; and her sister in-law who she raised and considered as a daughter, Brenda Davis and her husband, Hershell, their children, Mark Davis, Kevin Davis, Sabrina Jenkins, Christina Baldwin, and their grandchildren, Jason and Cody Lynch, Tara Davis, Brittany Baldwin, Luke and Chandler Davis. She was preceded in death by her son, Robert Edward (Peanut) Knight; and her brothers, Bobby Pressley, Loyd Pressley, and Gerald Pressley. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements. Visitation: from 6 until 8 Thursday night, April 22nd, at Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home Services: 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 23rd, at Friendship Baptist Church in LaGrange Interment: Myrtle Hill Cemetery in Hogansville
