Lauren Michelle Webber

Lauren Michelle Webber, 39, of Griffin, passed away Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at her home.

Lauren was born December 13, 1985, in Atlanta and was a 2005 graduate of Pell City High School in Pell City, AL, where she was the class valedictorian. She attended Georgia Institute of Technology and lived in Hampton before making her home in Griffin.

Survivors include her husband, Timothy Ryan Webber and her daughter, Lillian Grace Webber, both of Griffin; her mother, Shelly Garner of Luthersville; her father, Donald F. Cannon of Hampton; her sister, Leslie Bunn and her husband Matt Bunn and their children Evan Davis, Zachary Davis, Jordan Bunn and Joyce Bunn of Griffin; her sister, Sara Cannon of Dallas, TX; her paternal grandmother, Wynelle Cannon of McDonough; and her Uncle Walt and Aunt Dee Coleman. She was preceded in death by her sister, Crystal Newsome and is survived by Crystal' s husband Bo Newsome and Crystal's children, Emily Mooradian, Riley Mooradian, and Skylar Newsome. Lauren is also preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Carlton and Linda Garner; her paternal grandfather, Donald H. Cannon; her uncle, Charles "Chalz" Garner and is survived by Chalz's partner, Tracy Thornton.

A memorial service will be conducted at 5:00 p.m., Saturday, August 9, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville, with Pastor Jimmy Lester officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 3:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., Saturday, prior to the service.
