Larry Ward

Mr. Larry Ward, 76, of LaGrange, passed away Tuesday, June 18, 2019 at Hospice LaGrange. Born December 1, 1942 in Carrollton, Mr. Ward was the son of the late Olie and Clara Homes Ward. He was a resident Lagrange for 60 years, a retired exterminator, having worked for Premier Pest Control and Thompson Pest Control, and loved playing the banjo. Survivors include his sister, Janet Corley of Mountville; nephew, Daniel Ward and Alyssa Johnson of LaGrange; and great-nieces, Julie McClain Ward and Johanna Clara Ward. In addition to his parents, Mr. Ward was preceded in death by his wife, Ruby Ward; and brothers, Terry Ward, Joe Ward, and Dewayne Ward. Graveside services will be 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 21, at Camp Ground Methodist Church Cemetery in Graham, Al. with the Reverend Van Brown officiating.
