Landrum M. (Lanny) Long

MR. LANDRUM M. LONG Mr. Landrum M. (Lanny) Long, 58, of Grantville, died Wednesday, October 6, 2010. Born May 23, 1952, in Atlanta, Mr. Long was a son of the late William Perry Long and the late Lois Irene Murphy Long. He had lived in Meriwether County since 1975 and was employed as a truck driver for Crawford Grading and Pipeline Company. Survivors include his brother, William Perry Long, Jr. of Grantville; half-sister, Swanhilde Paradise of Newnan; half-brother, William Robert Cobb of St. Augustine, FL; and several nieces and nephews. The family will hold a memorial service at a later time. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
