Kristie Ann Skipper

Mrs. Kristie Ann Skipper, 40, of Pine Mountain, passed away Thursday, October 7, 2021, at Hospice LaGrange. Kristie was born April 30, 1981, in LaGrange and lived in Troup County most of her life. She was employed at F.D. Roosevelt State Park in Pine Mountain and attended First Pentecostal Church in Huguley, AL. She enjoyed flower gardening and traveling, but especially enjoyed being with her family. Survivors include her husband, Danny Skipper; her children, Justin Skipper, Sammy Skipper, and Nicole Skipper, all of Pine Mountain; mother and step-father, Tammy and Dennis Steele of East Point, FL; father and step-mother, Jeff and Wanda Folds of Cusseta, AL; sisters, Erika Findley and April Quarles both of Smith Station, AL and Jessica Williamson of Hogansville; brothers, Jeff "Bubba" Folds and Cliff Steele both of LaGrange, and Jason Folds of Cusseta, AL The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Monday, October 11, at First Pentecostal Church in Huguley, AL. Pastor Marquillas K. McBride will officiate and interment will be in Avery Lake Cemetery in Pine Mountain. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Sunday. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
