MR. KENNETH O'NEAL Mr. Kenneth O'Neal, 63, of Hogansville, died Tuesday, December 15, 2009, at West Georgia Medical Center. The memorial service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 19, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Willow Heim will officiate and interment will be in Myrtle Hill Cemetery. Born June 23, 1946, in Newnan, Mr. O'Neal lived in Troup County most of his life and was the son of the late William Cook O'Neal and the late Ethel Thrower O'Neal. Survivors include his aunts and uncles, Beatrice and Andy Dopp and Tommy and Eloise Thrower, all of Hogansville; and several cousins. Claude A.
