Katrin Way

Katrin Way, 43 of Hogansville, passed away July 28, 2025, at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital.

Katrin was born March 25, 1982 in Germany. She has been a resident of Georgia for 15 years and worked at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center in LaGrange for 2 years. Katrin was a force to be reckoned with. She had a strong work ethic, was compassionate, and was always looking for ways to help. Katrin loved life, her friends, and loved her family most of all.

Survivors include her children, Sascha Way and Olivia Eleazer, both of Hogansville, Florian Way, Jasmin Way, and Julian Way, all of Columbus; her mother, Monika Putz; her sister and brother in-law, Susanne and William Gamble; and her niece, Zarah.
