Karen Counts

Miss Karen Counts, 74, of the Rocky Mount Community of Meriwether County, passed away Tuesday, October 17, 2017, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. Miss Counts was born March 4, 1943, in Atlanta, daughter of the late Ralph L. Counts, Sr. and Wilma Stewart Counts. She was a member of Mt. Pilgrim Lutheran Church in Haralson and attended the Senior Center in Senoia. Survivors include her brother, Ralph L. Counts, Jr. and his wife, Ann of Rocky Mount; nieces and nephews, Jann Jacobs, Ralph (Bubba) Counts III, Tracy DeVore and her husband Eldred, John (P J) Counts and his wife Mona; and a number of great-nieces and great-nephews. A service to celebrate the life of Miss Counts will be held 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 28, at Mt. Pilgrim Lutheran Church, with the Pastor Doug Landers officiating.
