Juanita Barnes Bruce

MRS. JUANITA BRUCE Mrs. Juanita Barnes Bruce, 64, of Greenville, died Saturday, October 17, 2009, at her home. The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, October 21, at the graveside in Fairview Memorial Gardens in Stockbridge. Mrs. Bruce was born October 23, 1944, in Hogansville, daughter of the late Alfred and Nancy Cannon Barnes. A former resident of McDonough, she had lived at Greenville for the past 25 years. Survivors include her husband, Lamar Bruce; daughters and son in-law, Tracey and John Schendel and Kathy Schendel, all of Greenville; three grandchildren, Timothy Schendel, Heather Schendel, and Joshua Bruce. She was preceded in death by her sons, James Lamar Bruce and Larry Scott Bruce. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
