JOYCE PERDUE GAY Joyce Perdue Gay, 56, of the Louise Community of Troup County, passed away Tuesday, September 22, 2015, at the home of her daughter. Ms. Gay was born August 23, 1959, in LaGrange and lived in the Mountville area most of her life. A graduate of LaGrange High School, she was a member of Mountville Baptist Church and was employed as property manager for Perdue Rentals. Survivors include her daughter and son in-law, Crystal (Cristi) and Chris McWhorter of Mountville; sons and daughter in-law, Hank and Jennifer Hinkle and Keith Hinkle, all of LaGrange; her father, William Perdue of LaGrange; brother, Carl Frank Perdue of LaGrange; lifelong friend, Laura Morris of Atlanta; grandchildren, Harley Joyce Bonner, Michael Lamar Bonner, Sarah Isabelle McWhorter, Aubree Hinkle, Zoey Hinkle, Steven Hinkle, Colby Hinkle, Devin McWhorter, Christopher McWhorter, Breanna McWhorter; and a great-grandson soon to arrive. She was preceded in death by her mother, Barbara Murphy Perdue. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Friday, September 25, at Mountville Baptist Church. The Reverend Dwayne Perdue will officiate and interment will be in Restlawn Memory Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 8 Thursday night. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements. Visitation: from 6 until 8 Thursday night, September 24th, at Claude A.
