Joseph Dean Moore

MR. DEAN MOORE Mr. Joseph Dean Moore, 50, of West Point, passed away Friday, December 27, 2019, at his home. Mr. Moore was born July 17, 1969 and was a lifelong resident of Troup County. He was employed at Jindal Films, had lived in West Point for 14 years, and loved fishing. Survivors include his wife Sandy Moore; sons and daughter in-law, Joshua Dean and Nicki Moore and Andrew Caleb Moore, all of West Point; mother, Priscilla Moore of LaGrange; brothers and sisters in-law, Larry and Malissa Moore of West Point, Ricky and Gayle Moore of Mineral Bluff, and Jay and Tonya Moore of LaGrange; two grandchildren, Jenson Dean Moore and Joseph Moore; and many nieces and nephews. Mr. Moore was preceded in death by his father, Marshall Moore. Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, December 29, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home. The Reverend Brad Thompson will officiate and interment will be in Meadoway Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1until 3 Sunday afternoon.
