Johnny Elijah Cason

Mr. Johnny Elijah Cason, 73 of Hogansville, passed away Sunday, August 8, 2022, at his home. Born December 25, 1948 in Cedartown, Mr. Cason was the son of the late Elijah Columbus Cason and Betty Ann Dearing Cason. He was a Navy Veteran, having served in the Vietnam War, and retired from Anaheim Auto Auction in Atlanta. A longtime resident of Forest Park, he made his home in Hogansville in 2008 and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing. Survivors include his brothers, Gary Cason of Hogansville and Avery Cason of McDonough; sisters, Mavis Ann Griffin of Newnan and Darlene Pruitt of Alvaton; and several nieces and nephews.
