John Donald "Donnie" Gray

Mr. John Donald "Donnie" Gray, 66, of Hogansville, passed away Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at his home. Born September 6, 1955 in Atlanta, Mr. Gray was the son of the late Benny L. Gray and Barbara Gilbert Gray. He was a resident of Hogansville for 20 years, enjoyed hunting and fishing, attended Harrisonville Baptist Church, and loved Georgia Football. Survivors include his wife, Jackie Gray of Hogansville; step-son and daughter in-law, Michael and Lindsey Purdy of Newnan; sister, Cathlene Gray McNabb of Ola; and 2 grandchildren. A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 18, at Harrisonville Baptist Church, with the Reverend Randy Gilbert officiating. The family will receive friends at the church from 12 until 2 Saturday. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Harrisonville Baptist Church Building Fund, 2885 Highway 54 West, Hogansville, GA 30230. Claude A.
