John Antony Robertson

MR. JOHN ROBERTSON Mr. John Antony Robertson, 57, of Newnan, died Monday, August 30, 2010 at Emory University Hospital. Born October 6, 1952, in Newnan, Mr. Robertson was the son of the late John and Carolyn Justiss Robertson. He was a member of Lovejoy Methodist church, a veteran of the Navy, and was a former DJ for WNEA. Survivors include his wife, Christie Robertson; daughters and son in-law, DeAnn Robertson and Suzanne and Josh Smallwood; sister and brother in-law, Lynn and Mark Macie, all of Newnan; brother and sister in-law, Gregory and Janet Robertson of Cartersville; grandchildren, Noah Hudson, Saydi Smallwood, Sawyer Chaffin, and Jagger Chaffin. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Mark Robertson. Memorial services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 4, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville with Dr. Bob Martin officiating. The family will receive friends from 12:30 until 2:00 Saturday afternoon.
