John M. Aiken, Jr.

Mr. John M. Aiken, Jr., 76, of Newnan, passed away Monday, February 12, 2024, at Southland Health and Rehabilitation in Peachtree City.

Born April 20,1947 in Columbus, Mr. Aiken was the son of the late John Madison Aiken, Sr. and Evelyn Lucille Cooksey Aiken. He was a longtime resident of the West Georgia area, enjoyed working on cars, and in his 20's and 30's, played keyboards in a band called "Jasmine".

Survivors include his sister, Anne Vaillancourt of Newnan; niece, Cindy Jakicic; and a great-niece, Madison Jakicic.

The family is honoring Mr. Aiken's wishes that no services be planned at this time.
