MRS. JEWELL PLANT PYE Mrs. Jewell Plant Pye, 82, of Newnan, passed away Monday, September 7, 2015, at LaGrange Health and Rehabilitation. Born June 29, 1933 in Grantville, Mrs. Pye was the daughter of the late Dave and Ruby Cook Plant. She retired from W. L. Bonnell, Co. and was a member of the Grantville Baptist Church. Survivors include her son and daughter in-law, Jimmy and Nancy Pye; Granddaughter and grandson in-law, Leslie and Dan Grabensteder; and two great-granddaughters, Brooklyn and Baylee Grabensteder all of Hogansville. Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 9, at the graveside in Oak Hill Cemetery in Newnan, with the Rev. Jimmy Lee officiating.
