Jeffery Leon Thrower

Mr. Jeffery Leon Thrower, 39, of LaGrange, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2016, at his home. Mr. Thrower was born June 20, 1976 and lived in LaGrange most of his life. He was employed by Local 85 of the Sheet Metal Workers Union and attended God's Open Door Church of Praise in LaGrange. Survivors include his father, Mike Thrower, Sr. and his brother, Mike Thrower, Jr., both of LaGrange. He was preceded in death by his mother, Evelyn Delane Acree Thrower. The family will host a memorial service at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, April 10. At God's Open Door Church of Praise. The Reverend Gene Kirklin will officiate and interment will be in Shadowlawn Cemetery in LaGrange. The family will greet friends at the church following the service. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
