Jane H. Hubbard

Mrs. Jane H. Hubbard, 95, of Hogansville, passed away Tuesday, August 26, 2025, at Hospice LaGrange.

Mrs. Hubbard was born on December 8, 1929, in Hogansville, daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Barnes Hodnett. A lifelong resident of Hogansville, she was a 1947 graduate of Hogansville High School and was named most athletic in her class. She was employed at Playtex International in LaGrange for 25 years, was a member of Highland Baptist Church and Hogansville Active Life, and had enjoyed making ceramics.

Survivors include her children, Paula Dement and her husband Gary Dement of Knightdale, NC, Mary Jeter and her husband Dennis Jeter of Columbus, Sammy Hubbard and his wife Ellen Hubbard and Cathy Keith and her husband Joel Keith, all of Hogansville; grandchildren, Brian Jeter, Dusty Hubbard, Ashley Jeter, Mark Hubbard, Joseph Keith, and Paul Keith; and eleven great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Paul Samuel "PeeWee" Hubbard; three sisters, and one brother.

The funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, August 28, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Terry Rainwater will officiate and interment will be in Myrtle Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, August 27.
