Jane Barresi Brackett

Mrs. Jane Barresi Brackett, 63, of LaGrange, passed away Sunday, September 3, 2023, at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center.

Mrs. Brackett was born November 23, 1959, in Franklin, daughter of the late Clyde and Mary Jean Bradbury Reynolds. A resident of LaGrange most of her life, she was a homemaker and was a member of River of Life Church in Hamilton. Jane enjoyed yard sales, camping, hiking, kayaking, and especially enjoyed visiting the beach and going on cruises.

Survivors include her husband, Roger Brackett, of LaGrange; her sons, Michael and Jaclyn Barresi of West Point, Kenneth Barresi of Beckley, WV; step-children Mason and Hannah Brackett, Hannah Brackett and Michael Howell, Aubrey Brackett, Rebekah and Bryan Watson, Sarah and Griffith Whitehurst, Madalene and Sam Gongwer; grandchildren, Mikella, Brayden, Willow; step-grandchildren, Everly, Tucker, Ellie, Render, Grady, Isla, Winslow, Hensley; sister, Shirley Jordan of The Colony, TX; brothers, Clyde Reynolds of Brenham, TX, James Reynolds of LaGrange, Wayne Reynolds of The Colony.

The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, September 7, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville, with Pastor Dan Rogers officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Wednesday.
