James Thomas Warren, Sr.

Mr. James Thomas "JT" Warren, Sr., 81 of Grantville, passed away Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. Born February 15, 1936 in Bronson, Florida, Mr. Warren was the son of the late H. C. and Aline Williams Warren. He was a retired truck driver, was an Army Veteran, and had been a resident of Grantville for 23 years. Mr. Warren will always be remembered as a loving father and an amazing man. Survivors include his wife, Melba Warren of Grantville; children, Donna and Bobby Feltman of LaGrange, James and Shirley Warren of Huntsville, AL, Patricia and Mark Warner of Newnan, Angie and Ronnie Bass of Moreland and Christy Davis of Carrollton; brothers, Roger Warren of Lake City, FL, Larry Warren of Newnan and Ira Warren of Wills Point, TX; sisters, Sue Adams of St. Augustine, FL and Christine Hopping of Victoria, MN; 15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. In keeping with Mr. Warren's wishes, his family will have a private memorial service at a later date. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
