James Michael Hester

MR. MIKE HESTER Mr. James Michael (Mike) Hester, 63, of Diboll, Texas and formerly of Hogansville, died Friday, January 2, 2009, at Trinity Mission Health and Rehab in Diboll. The funeral service will be conducted at 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, January 7, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home, with the Reverend Frank Sledge. Mr. Hester was born December 5, 1945, in LaGrange, son of the late Martin and Elmira Abbott Hester. He was employed as an over-the-road truck driver. Survivors include two sons, Mike Hester of Valley, AL and Sam Hester of Beulah, TX; one daughter, Michaela Vaillancourt of Crawfordville, FL; two sisters, Annie Jo Richardson of Jonesboro and Linda Allen of Hogansville; one brother, Jerry Hester of California; and several grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his infant son, Martin David Hester; and his brother, David Hester. The Claude A.
