James W. Hendrix

Mr. James William Hendrix, 60, of Newnan, passed away Sunday, June 28, 2020, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. Mr. Hendrix was born September 5, 1959, in Newnan, son of the late William Glenn Hendrix and Betty Shoemake Hendrix. A resident of Coweta County most of his life, he was a veteran of service in the U.S. Army, was a member of Rehoboth Baptist Church in Luthersville, and was an over-the-road truck driver. Survivors include a dear friend, Rena Van Landingham of Newnan; and several cousins, including Michael Norwood of Hogansville. The family will host a graveside memorial service at 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 3, in Oak Hill Cemetery in Newnan. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is assisting the family.
