MR. JAMES H. HARTMAN Mr. James H. Hartman, Sr., 84, of Newnan, died Tuesday, May 22, 2012, at his home. A gathering and memorial service to celebrate the life of Mr. Hartman will be held at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 2, at his home at 161 Mt. Carmel Road in Newnan. Mr. Hartman was born April 21, 1928, in Shawmutt, Alabama, son of the late Andrew Nelson Hartman and the late Sadie Bell Lee Hartman. A former resident of Hogansville, he had lived in Coweta County for 25 years and retired from James River Corporation. Survivors include his wife, Cathy Ellinwood Hartman of Newnan; daughters and sons in-law, Brook and Kane Payton of Newnan, Betty Lou and Jim Jones of McDonough; sons, Lamar Hartman of Hogansville and Jimmy Hartman of McDonough; sisters, Mattie Lou Todd of Hogansville and Dorothy Cambron of Cedartown; brothers, Nelson Hartman of Fortson and Ted Hartman of Columbus; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Services: 1:00 p.m., Saturday, June 2nd, at Mr. Hartman's home, 161 Mt. Carmel Rd., in Newnan
