MR. JAMES CANNON Mr. James I. Cannon, 74, of Hollonville, died Sunday, April 27, 2008, at his home. The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, April 29, at the graveside in Meadoway Gardens in LaGrange, with Dr. Michael Reeves officiating. Mr. Cannon was born May 9, 1933, in Meriwether county, son of the late Money Lee and Lizzie Cannon. A resident of Hogansville before making his home in Hollonville five years ago, he was a retired machinist. Survivors include his daughter and son in-law, Cindy and Terry Bowen of LaGrange; two granddaughters, Callie Amelia Weathers of Statesboro and Crystal Dawn Bowen of LaGrange; and his best friend of twenty years, Jo Nell Lesley, also of LaGrange.
