Mrs. Irene Massey Fuller, 98, of LaGrange, passed away Sunday, July 12, 2020, at Hospice LaGrange.
Born May 9, 1922 in Conestee. South Carolina, Mrs. Fuller was the daughter of the late Oscar and Annie Crain Massey. She had lived in LaGrange since 1944, retired from Signal Knitting Division of Milliken and Company after 27 years of service, and was a charter member of Louise Baptist Church.
Survivors include her son and daughter in-law, Richard and Teresa Fuller of LaGrange; daughter in-law, Jo Fuller of Atlanta; grandchildren, Scott Fuller, Donna and Eric Smith, Kim and Ben McGuffin, David Cosley, Charlie Brown, Jennifer Brown; great-grandchildren, Ashley Smith, Teddy Cosley, Chloe McGuffin, Kelley McGuffin, Julie Cosley, Jasmine Brown, Stacey Leigh Brown; and numerous other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her husband, Otis W. Fuller; son, Bobby J. Fuller; and brother, Claude Massey.
The funeral service will be conducted at 1:30 p.m., Tuesday, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Jody Mitchell will officiate and interment will be in Restlawn Memory Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:30 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. Tuesday.
