Inez Hogan Bunn

Mrs. Inez Hogan Bunn, 84, of Hogansville, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at LaGrange Nursing and Rehabilitation. Born August 17, 1937 in Troup County, Mrs. Bunn was the daughter of the late Dewey L. Hogan and Flossie Mae Murphy Hogan. She was a resident of Troup County for most of her life, was a member of Bethel Christian Church in Glenn, and retired from Leisure Living in LaGrange as a Nurse's Aide. Survivors include her grandchildren, Scott Allen of LaGrange, Timothy Allen of Franklin, Chris Allen of Franklin, Andy Kelley of Valley, AL, Tammy Rogers of Adairsville, and Michael Ray Bunn, Jr. of LaGrange; a brother, Billy Hogan of Hogansville; 13 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great-grandchild. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Bunn was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Ray Bunn; son, Michael Ray Bunn, Jr.; and her daughters, Paula Bunn Thrower, Alice Bunn Turner, and Susan Bunn Kelley. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Sunday, March 20, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home. The Reverend Randall Hodge will officiate and interment will be in Myrtle Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 until 2 Sunday afternoon.
