Hazel Estelle Norton

Miss Hazel Estelle Norton, 88, of Newnan, passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2020, at her home. Miss Norton was born July 10, 1932, in Heard County, daughter of the late Ernest Elmer Norton and Musa Mae Dunevan Norton. Before making her home in Newnan seven years ago, she lived in Hogansville most of her life and served as a caregiver for many members of her family. She enjoyed reading, gardening, and being outdoors. Miss Norton is survived by a number of nieces and nephews, including Terry Norton, Jr. who had served as her caregiver. The family will plan a memorial celebration later. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
