MR. HASLE A. ROBINSON
Mr. Hasle Albert Robinson, 84, of Forest Park, died Thursday, January 8, 2009, at Henry Regional Medical Center in Stockbridge.
The funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Monday, January 12, at the graveside in Ramah Baptist Church Cemetery in Palmetto.
Mr. Robinson was born July 30, 1924, in Heard county, son of the late Milburn Rush Robinson and the late Cora Williams Robinson. An Army veteran of World War Two, he was employed for 11 years at U.S. Rubber Co. in Hogansville and retired from Ford Motor Co. in Hapeville after 31 years of service. He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, served his Temple Mission in Chicago, was a High Priest and served many positions in the Church. Mr. Robinson was active in service to his community in the areas of assisting battered women and the Rainbow House.
Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Dorothy Braswell Robinson of Forest Park; daughter and son in-law, Deborah and Douglas Tidwell of LaGrange; son and daughter in-law, Steve and Priscilla Robinson of Temple; grandchildren, Troy Tidwell, Lindsay Ruiz, Cortney Bowen, Kimberly Robinson, Jessica Roberts, and Justin Roberts; and three great-grandchildren, Gabriela, Sophia, and Julianne.
The Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
Visitation: from 6 until 8 Saturday night, January 10th
Services: 1:00 p.m., Monday, January 12h, at the graveside in Ramah First Bsptist Church Cemetery
