MR. HARLICE C. KIMBRELL
Mr. Harlice C. Kimbrell, 67, of LaGrange and formerly of Hogansville, died Friday, June 22, 2012, at Hospice LaGrange.
The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, June 24, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home. Brother Frank Barnes and Render Freeman will officiate and interment will be in East Napolean Church of Christ Cemetery in Randolph County, Alabama.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 until 8 Saturday night.
Mr. Kimbrell was born December 12, 1944, in Randolph County, Alabama, son of the late Willie and Heddie Irwin Kimbrell. A resident of Hogansville from 1998 until 2011, he lived in Grantville for a year before making his home recently in LaGrange. He was a member of the Church of Christ and retired as a service specialist from Ecolab.
Survivors include his wife, Ruth Kimbrell of LaGrange; sons and daughters in-law, David and Debbie Kimbrell of Newnan, Scott and Teresa Kimbrell of Hogansville, Michael and Heather Kimbrell of Covington, Dennis and Mandy Kimbrell of Jefferson; step-daughter and her husband, Crystal and Barry Boyd of Grantville; step-son and his wife, Render and Zephie Freeman of Newnan; sister, Jeanette Kimbrell of Bremen; brother, Hubert Kimbrell of Watts, OK; 12 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Mary Nell Kimbrell.
Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
