Grace Ledford Stribling

MRS. GRACE STRIBLING Mrs. Grace Ledford Stribling, 91, of LaGrange, died Tuesday, February 25, 2014, at her home. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 27, at the graveside in Shadowlawn Cemetery, with Dr. Charles Chapman officiating. Mrs. Stribling was born December 25, 1922, in Meriwether County, daughter of the late B. J. and Fannie Heard Ledford. She was a homemaker and was a member of Faith Baptist Church and the Sarge Dudley Sunday School Class. Preceded in death by her husband, Otis Earl Stribling, "Maw" will be missed by her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Survivors include her daughter and son in-law, Linda Stribling and Eddie Lucas; sons and daughters in-law, Phillip and Kitty Stribling, Ty and Tracey Stribling; grandchildren, Brook and Micky King, P. J. and Pam Stribling, Clay, Beau, and Lysse Stribling, all of LaGrange; great-grandchildren, Gabby, Grant, Katie, Peyton and Rhett; sister and brother in-law, Elsie and Toby Pike of LaGrange; sister in-law, Nell Betts Loftin of Woodbury; and a number of nieces and nephews. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Services: 2:00 p.m., Thursday, February 27th, at the graveside Interment: Shadowlawn Cemetery in LaGrange
