MRS. GRACE B. PIKE
Mrs. Grace B. Pike, 91, of LaGrange, died Friday, December 19, 2008, at Hospice LaGrange.
The funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Sunday, December 21, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Robert Burnett and the Reverend Jerome Hicks will officiate and interment will be in Shadowlawn Cemetery in LaGrange.
Mrs. Pike was born April 30, 1917, in Lawrenceburg, TN, daughter of the late Joseph and Emma Craft Harrison. She had lived in LaGrange since 1937, was a member of Sunnyside Baptist Church, and was retired from the Dunson Division of West Point Pepperell.
Survivors include her son, Raymond Pike and his companion, Gayle Lasseter, of LaGrange; daughter in-law, Evie Lee Pike of Leesburg; five grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and eight great-great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Parmer Lewis Pike; son, Lawrence Laverne Pike; grandson, Craig Loyd Pike; sisters, Eunice Nowell and Faye Robinson; and brothers, Herman Harrison, Hoyt Harrison, Ralph Harrison, Harlan Harrison, Grady Harrison, and Bernice Harrison.
The Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
