MR. GORDON A. BEALL Mr. Gordon Andrew Beall, 83, of Hogansville, passed away Wednesday, February 6, 2013, at Hospice LaGrange. The funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Friday, February 8, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home. The Rev. Jimmy McMillian will officiate and interment will be in Myrtle Hill Cemetery The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 9 Thursday evening and will be at the home of his daughter, Donna Bartlett, at 105 Eichelberger Drive in LaGrange. \ Mr. Beall was born March 12, 1929, in Manchester, son of the late James and Minnie Lucy Spier Beall. He was a lifelong resident of Hogansville and retired from Uniroyal after 45 years of service. He enjoyed playing piano at church and played for several trios and quartets. Survivors include his daughter, Donna Bartlett of LaGrange; sons and daughters in-law, David and Denise Beall, Duane and Tammy Beall, all of Hogansville; sister, Bobbie Scantlin, also of Hogansville; grandchildren, Bo and Sheree Bartlett, Michael Bartlett, Melanie and Justin Chambers, Steven Beall, and Savannah and Justin Shoemaker; 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-granddaughter. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Melvin and Merrill Beall, sister, Ruth Faulkner and one very beloved grandson, Justin Beall. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Visitation: from 6 until 9 Thursday night, February 7th, at Claude A.
